"Oh my Cow!"

That's Joshua's new phrase these days.  He first said it on our way to School/Daycare when he saw all the snow plows! Speaking of snow plows, most of the new pictures of the boys in the snow since we've got a few small snow storms.  Aiden's latest 'new' word was Stupid - not too happy about that but using it in the correct context.  We always ask his teachers how his day was and if he didn't get in deep trouble, they say 'Well, Aiden is Aiden you know'....  why yes he is!
Today, Saturday, January 29, 2011 we took the boys to the gym then to get hair cuts and Joshua and Justin went sledding.  Enjoy the photos and video!

Forgot Halloween as well

It's been too long so I forgot to post some Halloween pictures.
This year, we did not fly anywhere so the boys were well rested and ready to trick or treat with their buddies Allie and Hunter!  They lasted a long time and really got into the groove of 'Trick of Treat' and Happy Halloween. It was a fun night!

It's been a while since my last post...

Thanksgiving 2010 has come and gone. We had a house full this year.  Justin's parents came to visit, my parents came and my sister's family came - it was good ole fashioned Thanksgiving dinner for all!  I look forward to not hosting next year, ha! Too much cooking and not enough time spent eating for me...

Christmas 2010 has come and gone.  The boys were very excited about all the decorated houses and Christmas tree and of course all the gifts... What a load Santa brought in this year! Some of their favorites were:
Aiden - 2 Aiden sized Disney McQueen Tractors, Dora Bath squirters, the Christmas Train
Joshua - His Razor Scooter, the Christmas Train, the Wooden Castle

We have yet to rid our house of old toys but we need to because the toys are taken over!  One Sunday evening we took the boys to the Manassa Festival of Lights.  It's a really neat thing to do and the boys really enjoyed it this year.  At the end, we got out in the terribly cold weather and took a Wagon Ride and saw Santa again.  Joshua was totally cool with Santa - Aiden was dealthy scared of him.  Check out pictures for proof.  I think we'll make this a yearly tradition...

We went to church Christmas eve was a bit tough again with Aiden not understanding the meaning of 'shhhhh' so Justin spent most of his church time in the nursery with him. Joshua sat with me and was fairly good.  He also did communion with me - he was all about the dunked bread in grape juice so that was neat.  Joshua had a bit of a melt down that evening with the Santa Cookies but we got through it and both boys went off to bed on time so Santa's elves could get busy!! Christmas morning we spent opening all the gifts.  Then later we went to my sister's house for Christmas dinner and more gifts with my parents as well.  It was a fun filled day for sure!! We even got a few snow flakes fall that morning.

And now 2011 has begun and there are alot of things planned for this year.  Some small renovations on the house and a trip to Disney World in Feb. Then a wedding and off to Jamaica we go for like a mini-second honeymoon!

All for now but please enjoy the photos!
